Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual sexual imagery, including deepfakes of real people.
- Content that harasses, threatens, defames or dehumanizes individuals or groups.
- Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism or self-harm.
- Realistic images intended to defraud, impersonate a real person, or manipulate elections.
- Illegal content under the laws that apply to you or to Frame-IA.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Personal data of others processed without a lawful basis.
Prohibited behaviors
- Attempting to bypass safety filters, rate limits or authentication.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping or overloading the Service.
- Reselling access to the Service without written permission.
- Using the Service to build a competing foundation model.
User responsibility for AI outputs
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. AI models can produce inaccurate, biased or misleading results. Before publishing or using outputs commercially, review them and ensure compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, and report violations to authorities. Serious violations lead to immediate termination without refund.
