We want you to be happy with Frame-IA. This policy describes when refunds are available for subscriptions and credits.
1. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
- You can cancel any time from the customer portal — access continues until the end of the current period.
- We generally do not refund partial or unused subscription periods.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU / UK)
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions. By starting to use the Service (generating images) during that period, you expressly agree that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. Unused subscriptions can be refunded on request within 14 days.
3. Credits
Credits included in a subscription reset each cycle and are not refundable. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
4. Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact billing@frame-ia.app within 30 days and we will investigate and refund verified errors.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@frame-ia.app from the address associated with your account, including your invoice number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
