These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frame-IA ("Frame-IA", "we", "us"), including our website, dashboard, API and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
Frame-IA is operated by Frame-IA AI ("the Company"). You can reach us at contact@frame-ia.app.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. The Service
Frame-IA lets you edit images by submitting text prompts to third-party AI models. Output quality depends on the model and the prompt. The Service is provided on an evolving basis; features may change.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate) are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
- You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes where applicable.
- Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
5. Credits
Some plans include monthly credits used to generate images. Credits reset with each billing cycle and are not redeemable for cash. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. User content & AI-generated output
- You retain ownership of the inputs you upload, subject to third-party rights.
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying model providers.
- Because outputs are generated by AI, similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users.
- You are solely responsible for how you use inputs and outputs, including any commercial use.
8. Intellectual property
Frame-IA, its logo and software are owned by the Company. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Third-party services
Frame-IA relies on third-party AI providers, payment processors and infrastructure vendors. Their terms may apply to portions of the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, safe, lawful in your jurisdiction, or fit for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Company's registered seat, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
