You retain ownership of any image or asset you upload to Frame-IA. You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the material you upload, or that you have obtained the necessary permissions to use it with our Service.
Outputs
Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and the underlying model providers, you may use the outputs you generate for personal and commercial purposes.
Note that in many jurisdictions the copyrightability of AI-generated content is unsettled. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users; we make no exclusivity promise.
Third-party rights
Do not upload or attempt to generate content that infringes trademarks, publicity rights, or the copyright of others. Do not use Frame-IA to imitate the style of a living artist in a way that infringes their rights.
Takedown
Rights holders may submit takedown notices under our DMCA Policy.
